Delete your High Thoughts account

You can request permanent deletion of your High Thoughts account (the app listed in app stores as Psychedelic Thoughts and Ideas) and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@highthoughts.app from the same email address on your account.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my High Thoughts account.
3. Include the name shown in the app (if any).

We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records for legal or security reasons.

While signed in, you can also delete individual posts you created from the app or at highthoughts.app/m/.
